It all began in 2004 on a hot and steamy night, The Bondi Hotel was bustling with locals and backpackers, you could smell the sweat, you could see the thirst for a cold beverage, and what was unknown to these people, they were about to be serenaded by a young lady that they had never heard before....
Cherie began to sing, it was just her and her guitar in those days, but as she sang, her soul and her warmth spread through the crowd, like Nutella on toast...

Music just oozes from her, she has energy that fills a room,
Josh, a bass player, made history that night when he said to her after the gig, "We should jam real soon".

They gigged and gigged all over the place, Three Quarters Hazel began spreading their smiles. Along came Grant and his energy on the drums, then a duo now a 3 piece with style.
